Miss Rhode Island USA 2011 is Kate McCaughey

Kate McCaughey was crowned Miss Rhode Island USA 2011 on December 4th at the Rhode Island Center for Performing Arts (RICPA) at the Historic Park, Cranston, Rhode Island. Kate McCaughey will represent the Rhode Island in Miss USA 2011 Beauty Pageant.

Kate is one of the most experienced RI titleholders in years, she was Top 10 in New Hampshire last year (she attended college there), 3rd runner-up to Amy Diaz at Miss Rhode Island USA 2008, Top 15 in Miss Rhode Island USA 2007, 1st runner-up to Shaelyn McNally at Miss Rhode Island Teen USA 2006 and a non-finalist at Miss Rhode Island Teen USA 2005.

1st runner-up in Miss was Rochelle Rose (Miss Rhode Island Teen USA 2007, who was also in the RI Teen USA 06 top five), 2nd runner-up was Alana Lauro (T15 10, T15 09), 3rd runner-up was Ashley Efflandt (new) & 4th runner-up was Amanda Cirello.
