Cheyenne Van Tine is the new Miss Washington Teen USA 2011. She was crowned in a state pageant held at Highline Performing Arts Center in Burien, on October 10, 2010. Cheyenne from Tri Cities will represent the state Washington in the Miss Teen USA 2011 pageant in Las Vegas next year.
